Tunisia confirms its tourism revival in 2025. According to the latest indicators from the Ministry of Tourism, the country welcomed 10.033 million visitors between January 1 and November 20, a notable increase of 10.3% compared to the same period of 2024.

This dynamic is also reflected in revenues. During the first nine months of the year, tourism revenues reached nearly 7 billion dinars, compared to 6.715 billion a year earlier, an increase of 8.3%.

European markets in strength

Several traditional markets are showing remarkable progress. The British market particularly stands out: 415,000 tourists visited Tunisia, a jump of 40.1% compared to 2024. French arrivals reach 1.070 million, up 6.4%.

Italy and Canada also continue their growth: +8.6% for the Italian market (147,531 tourists) and +11% for the Canadian market (34,985 tourists).

The ministry’s strategy to diversify visitor sources is starting to bear fruit. Arrivals from China recorded an increase of 18.6%, reaching 24,268 tourists. Other emerging markets are also targeted, notably the Gulf countries, via dedicated promotional campaigns.
