Tunisie Telecom announced, Wednesday, July 2, having concluded an agreement with the company “El Itissalia Services” to ensure the payment of the wages of agents for the month of June 2025. This transitional measure aims to guarantee their rights pending their progressive integration within the public operator.
According to the press release from the General Management, integration procedures are underway, in accordance with the particular status of Tunisia Telecom staff. From July 2025, the agents concerned will be taken care of directly by the company.
This decision is part of the application of law n ° 9 of 2025 (dated May 21, 2025), which supervises the employment contracts and prohibits the use of subcontracted work. It also follows Decree No. 327 of June 17, 2025, which banned subcontracting in the public sector and provides for the dissolution of the company El Itissalia Services.
The integration of these agents marks an important step in the regularization of their professional situation, a long source of precariousness. It is part of a broader policy aimed at strengthening the stability of employment in public establishments.
