The Directorate General of Taxes Reporting to the Ministry of Finance published the tax calendar of August 2025, recalling four important deadlines to be respected for natural persons, businesses and companies.
Thursday August 15 Mark the deadline for filing the tax declaration of natural persons.
Legal persons affiliated with the online remote drawing and payment system must file their monthly declaration at the latest Tuesday August 20.
Persons taking advantage of farm or fishing must, on the other hand, file their annual income tax declaration at the latest on Sunday August 25.
Finally, legal persons not subject to the teledeclaration system have until Thursday August 28 To pay their monthly obligations.
The Directorate General of Taxes specifies that these dates represent the maximum legal deadlines for the filing of tax declarations. However, it is possible to deposit before these deadlines.
