THE Tunisian currency net assets established themselves at 25.4 billion dinars on September 10, 2025either the equivalent of 110 days of importsaccording to data published on the official website of the Central Bank of Tunisia (BCT). At the same time, cumulative tourist recipes increased by 8 %passing from 5 billion dinars during the first eight months from 2024 to 5.4 billion dinars at the end of August 2025according to BCT statistics.
THE Transfers of Tunisian workers abroad also increased by 8.2 %reaching 5.7 billion dinars over the same period.
Furthermore, the external debt services fell 6.3 %to establish oneself at 9.5 billion dinars at the end of August 2025against 10.1 billion in 2024.
BCT figures also reveal a 15.4 % increase in fiduciary currency in circulationwho reached 26 billion dinars on September 9, 2025as well as a leap of 29 % of the volume of interbank transactionsnow 3.5 billion dinars.
