The council also decided to generalize interoperability between ministries and public organizationsby establishing compulsory data exchange mechanisms Between the administrations. This interconnection will be accompanied by development of electronic payment and financial inclusion.
To bring the digital services closer to citizens, the government plans to launch a national communication strategy aimed at publicizing the available services and facilitating access. A Unified national platform bringing together administrative services will be developed to offer A simplified interface to citizens, investors and companies.
The council also insisted on the importance of classify public data and establish clear governance of this dataconsidered as a Central lever for the development of artificial intelligence (AI). A National Open Data Policy will be adopted, in order to strengthen transparency and encourage innovation, in particular through the integration of AI solutions to detect corruption and tax evasion early.

In his opening speech, Sarrah Zafrani Zenzri stressed that Digital is now a must for modern, transparent and efficient administration.

- Promotion of the digital economy (18 projects): exploitation of opportunities offered by AI, training, e-commerce, innovation and entrepreneurship, financial inclusion and electronic payments.
- Cybersecurity and digital confidence (12 projects): Strengthening systems safety and consolidation of digital trust.
- Digital infrastructure (9 projects): Generalization of telecommunications network coverage and modernization of administrative infrastructure.
