On September 1, 2025, the Ministry of Agriculture, Hydraulic Resources and Fisheries launched the national vaccination against rabies campaign. It concerns all governorates and will take place until the end of October.
This vaccination is free and compulsory. It is part of the national rabies fight program. Teams will move all over the country. They will vaccinate animals in grouping centers or directly in neighborhoods, according to the planning of regional agricultural development departments.
The ministry calls on all citizens to participate. It is important to present your animals and facilitate the work of the teams. This campaign aims to protect animals and reduce the risk of rabies to humans.
