From September 1, 2025, candidates for the theoretical driving license examination must imperatively attach their training contract signed at their request, announced the Technical Terrain Transport Agency (ATTT).
This measurement is part of the application of government decree n ° 510 of 2021, fixing the conditions for issuing, validity and renewal of permits.
What changes
From now on, any request for registration for the theoretical test must include a copy of the page of the training contract bearing the candidate’s signing as well as that and the stamp of the training establishment concerned.
The details of the ATTT
The agency has indicated that any incomplete request will be systematically rejected: candidates without contract will not be able to take the theoretical exam. This rule applies both to new registrants and to candidates who have already failed a first attempt.
Article 23 of government decree n ° 510, dated June 18, 2021, supervises the driving license categories and their conditions of granting. The compulsory inclusion of the training contract aims to strengthen transparency and ensure better follow-up between driving schools and their students.
