As the start of the school year approaches, the National Educational Center (CNP) announced the launch of a mobile application allowing parents and students to locate the textbooks available in bookstores. The CNP has also strengthened its offer with Braille manuals, titles for Tunisians from abroad and a new series of extracurricular books.

In an interview with the TAP agency, the CEO of the CNP, Karim Daoud, presented the novelties of the year 2025-2026.

Geolocation

A mobile application based on geolocation will quickly find a bookstore with the manual sought. The device completes the tool already available on The official CNP website.

Regarding distribution, 75% of manuals have already been delivered in certain regions and 100% in others; By next week, all titles should be available throughout the territory.

Braille manuals

The CNP highlights its social and inclusive role: it has published textbooks in Braille as well as stories and books adapted to students with disabilities.

The teachers, for their part, benefit from 390 educational guides at affordable prices (between 3 and 8 dinars), as well as 15 specific guides for teachers working with Tunisian children abroad.

For the new school year, the CNP published 314 titles in 16 million copies. 206 titles are intended for pupils of basic education and secondary in 15.09 million copies; 93 titles are intended for teachers in 68,800 copies; 15 titles are intended for students residing abroad in 26,200 copies.
