The National Congress of Lawyers will be held on September 12 and 13, 2025 at the City of Culture. Terms
All lawyers exercising have the right to attend the ordinary general meeting and to vote, with the exception of retired or fee lawyers, which can only attend.
Only lawyers practicing the profession for at least a year can vote during the election of the Bâtonnier and members of the Council.
Expected participation
Bâtonnier Hatem Meziou estimates the total number of participants in nearly 9,000 lawyers. For reference, during previous congresses, the participation had been around 40 % of lawyers with voting.
