After more than fifteen years of closure, the La ForĂȘt El Ghaba hotel, located at the entrance to the city of AĂŻn Draham, near the international sports complex, is about to reopen. The announcement was made by Issa Marouani, regional delegate for tourism in Jendouba.
Completely renovated, the establishment has benefited from major modernization works. He now resumes his activities as a hotel classified 4 stars, offering a capacity of 134 beds. Nestled in the great outdoors, in a protected environment, it is positioned as an ideal destination for mountain tourism and well-being.
With this reopening, the total hotel capacity of AĂŻn Draham now reaches 820 beds, spread over 27 tourist establishments, hotels and residences, according to the regional official.
Issa Marouani also stressed that several hotel projects are currently underway in the region, including the construction of a 5 -star hotel. In addition, ambitious investments are planned in Tabarka over the period 2026-2032, in order to further energize tourism in the Northwest Tunisian.
Note that the El Ghaba hotel has undergone a deep transformation. It now has 64 double rooms, two presidential suites, a main restaurant, an Ă la carte restaurant, a wellness center, a multipurpose room, several meeting rooms, two swimming pools (covered and outdoor), a gym, a reading room, as well as a parking lot equipped with charging stations for electric vehicles. A space dedicated to hiking or cycling through the forest trails completes the establishment’s offer.
