One month before the entry into force of the planned sanctions, the Directorate General of Taxes (DGI) calls companies that have not yet integrated the electronic billing system to regularize their emergency situation.
In a press release published on Saturday, the DGI recalls that membership of this system, accessible via the company Tunisie Tradenet (TTN), becomes compulsory from July 1, 2025. The offenders are exposed to penalties, warn the tax authorities.
This system is essential in particular for all transactions carried out with the State, local communities, companies and public establishments, as well as for companies under the management of large companies. It also applies to commercial operations on drugs and hydrocarbons between professionals – with the exception of retailers.
For any details, the companies concerned are invited to contact the remote tax information center or the company TTN by electronic means.
