The traditional Ziara de Sidi Chérif will take place from September 10 to 12 at the Goulettois mausoleum. The long -awaited Kharja des Aissaouias will start the rituals on September 10 at 6 p.m. in front of the Municipality of La Goulette.
According to custom, it is at La Goulette, at the Zaouia of Sidi Ahmed Chérif, that the Kharja (processions) cycle of summer ends. After the Ariana, Tunis and Sidi Bou Said, it is the turn of the Goulettois mausoleum to organize its Ziara (visit), the last of the summer.
The Kharja des Aissaouias de la Marsa, a spiritual evening by Jamaat Sidi Belhassen Chedli and the Tijania (reserved for women) are the main elements of this annual celebration.
