The investigating judge at the economic and financial judicial center has decided to extend preventive detention for an additional four -month period against an active businessman in the poultry and animal food sector, as well as a former retired director of a public bank.
The investigating judge had previously issued deposit mandates against this businessman, owner of a chain of stores specializing in the sale of poultry and animal food, and the former director general of the public bank.
The accusations chosen against them relate to facts of falsification, detention and use of falsified documents, as well as money laundering using the facilities granted by their professional and functional activities.
