As part of the Pink October campaign, Tunisie Telecom transformed Avenue Habib Bourguiba in Tunis last week into a prevention and awareness space. On board its Mobishow, a pink truck called “The moving ribbon”, the national operator offered hundreds of women free consultations and screenings for breast cancer, provided by specialized medical teams.

Awareness and prevention in the field

The Mobishow made it possible to combine prevention, listening and proximity. Participants were able to interact directly with health professionals, receive advice and information on early diagnosis and discover simple preventive measures. Fun and informative activities punctuated the day, reinforcing the educational aspect of the event.

On site, the women expressed their gratitude. “It’s reassuring to be able to get tested for free and to speak with professionals,” says one of them. Another adds: “This initiative reminds us that our health is a priority.” This feedback underlines the concrete impact of the action and its role in raising collective awareness.

Tunisie Telecom’s societal commitment

Through this initiative, Tunisie Telecom confirms its commitment to social responsibility, by placing the health and well-being of women at the heart of its priorities. The company places this action within a global approach of solidarity, prevention and access to health for all.
