Orange Tunisia celebrates the creativity of the Z generation with the 2nd edition of the PFE challenge

After a successful first edition of success, Orange Tunisia confirms its commitment to young Tunisian talents by launching, for the second consecutive year, the Challenge PFE 2025 (End of studies project). This competition, dedicated to students of the generation zaims to encourage innovation, creativity and the entrepreneurial spirit of future graduates.

The kick -off of this new edition was given at the end of 2024 with the publication of the PFE Booka selection of innovative projects broadcast on LinkedIn and shared with partner universities. On 2,538 applications received,, 120 students were selected to join the Orange Tunisia teams and participate in a tailor -made support course.

An enriched course between innovation and soft skills

From their integration, the trainees were welcomed during the “Welcome Day” days to soak up the corporate culture of Orange Tunisia. In April 2025, they then took part in a Soft skills bootcampwith workshops around public speaking, pitch, interpersonal communication and preparation for recruitment interviews.

After a preselection phase, 26 finalists defended their projects before expert committees. Eight projects were selected for the grand finalemarked by a closing ceremony during which the students presented their work before the General managermembers of Comexemployees from Orange Tunisie and their colleagues.

Three awarded winners

At the end of this final, Three winners were distinguished for the originality, the relevance and the quality of their projects. A way for the operator to highlight not only the technical skills of students, but also their ability to innovate in a demanding professional environment.

“With this second edition of the PFE challenge, we had the opportunity to celebrate the creativity and innovation of our young talents, while reaffirming our commitment as a human and responsible business, turned towards the future and the service of the Z generation,” said Habib latrechDirector of Human Resources of Orange Tunisia.

With this dynamic, Orange Tunisia already gives an appointment for a third edition From the PFE challenge, thus confirming his role as an actor engaged in professional integration and the valuation of young Tunisian skills.
