Visiting this Wednesday in the governorate of KEF, the Minister of State Domains, Wajdi Hedhili, supervised several operations linked to land regularization and the use of state land to support public projects.
During a ceremony at the headquarters of the governorate, 24 acquisition contracts were submitted to allow the realization of infrastructure projects (roads, railways, dams). Ten decisions to allocate public land has also been issued for the benefit of state organizations, in the Kef-Est, Kef-Ouest, Dahmani, Tajerouf and Kasr delegations. Objective: encourage investment, create jobs and revive the local economy.
Twelve young farmers have also received contracts allowing them to exploit state farmland.
The Minister called for accelerating the processing of applications for the allocation of 36 agricultural lots reserved for unemployed graduates, in order to distribute them before the start of the next season.
Other land documents have been awarded, including a rental contract to an agricultural company and a self -employment certificate for a beneficiary.
Wajdi Hedhili also went to two sites for public projects: Kef-Ouest land, allocated to the Ministry of the Interior to build a security zone there, and another in Zaafrane (Kef-Est), intended for STEG for natural gas food from the city of Kef.
He stressed that the valuation of public land is an essential lever for development, job creation and economic recovery in the regions.
