The parliamentary committee adopted a revised version of Bill 23-2023, aimed at facilitating the integration of young graduates in prolonged unemployment in the public sector, with progressive recruitment and clear digital criteria.
During its meeting this Tuesday, May 27, the parliamentary committee responsible for strategic planning, sustainable development and infrastructure adopted a new modified version of bill n ° 23-2023.
This text aims to establish exceptional measures for the recruitment of higher education graduates facing prolonged unemployment in the public service and the public sector.
The deputies underlined the need to improve the text to guarantee an effective application, learning the blocking lessons encountered with law n ° 38 of 2020. They insisted on the implementation of solid mechanisms to ensure that this device really benefits young graduates in difficulty.
The project provides in particular for clear criteria for applications via a digital platform, as well as progressive recruitment over a maximum period of three years. The distribution of positions will be done according to the specialties, with a priority given to the beneficiaries to provide vacancies in the public service.
In addition, hearings of the representatives of the executive are scheduled in the coming weeks in order to refine this bill, said a press release from the Assembly of People’s Representatives.
