The President of the Republic, Kaïs Saïed, received this Wednesday, April 2, 2025, at the Palais de Carthage, Ms. Sarra Zaâfrani Zenzri, head of the government.
This meeting focused on the agenda of the next Council of Ministers. On this occasion, the head of state stressed that the legislative revolution cannot be done halfway or with texts which, once adopted, are slow to be applied.
The law is not an end in itself, but a tool to reverse legitimacy to establish another. The revolutions, he insisted, do not tolerate the half-measures or the vestiges of an illegitimate legitimacy already swept by the people.
The President of the Republic also said that those who propagate a crisis speech seek to sow doubt and confusion. It would be more useful to propose solutions rather than to disseminate, in their despair, a discourse of discouragement and resignation.
The Head of State also stressed that the time has come to rule out decision -making those who serve the interests of those who dictate their behavior and their biased analyzes.
He denounced those who do not distinguish between political stability and government stability, or who handle figures produced abroad and relayed by all means of dissemination within the country.
He added that, on the national scene, the people ended up despising them, while abroad, their recruiters also despise them, considering them as opportunists ready to sell themselves to the most offering.
