The President of the Republic, Kaïs Saïed, received yesterday afternoon, September 1, a group of doctoral holders, as part of a meeting devoted to the problem of employment of higher education graduates.
From the opening of the meeting, the head of state recalled that The competition remains the fundamental mechanism of recruitment in the public serviceinsisting on the need to guarantee all the conditions of transparency in order to ensure equal opportunities between the candidates.
Kaïs Saïed then mentioned the situation of graduates, whether they are a doctoral holder or other diplomas, whose unemployment has been extended. According to him, these skills have a potential and a sense of responsibility which must be used in public structures, to replace those who failed in their missions or who found themselves linked to lobbies interests.
“The experience is built over time. What Tunisia does not need are those who stir up tensions, lack patriotism and mistreat their colleagues. These are in reality enemies of the country, ”hammered the president.
To conclude, Kaïs Saïed reaffirmed that Tunisia is at a decisive turning point in construction and reconstruction. He called to mobilize national skills, men and women, animated by the ardor and the desire to contribute to the progress of the country, in order to definitively cross this CAP.
