Security units in the Jebel Jelloud area, in Tunis, arrested, this Thursday, November 20, 2025, an individual involved in a series of arsons in the region.
According to a security source cited by Mosaïque FM, the man deliberately set five cars on fire, before setting fire to a vegetable sales outlet located in the local market.
The units dispatched to the scene managed to locate and surround him.
The individual was finally apprehended in flagrante delicto while he was in the process of setting fire to a sixth car.
An investigation was opened to determine the suspect’s motivations and to assess all the damage caused.
