The Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research announced on Monday, the opening of applications for scholarships offered by the College of Europe for the 2026-2027 academic year.
These scholarships, intended for university graduates from European Neighborhood Policy (ENP) countries, including Tunisia, enable them to pursue post-graduate studies on the campuses of Bruges (Belgium) and Natolin (Warsaw, Poland).
Masters of excellence in European studies
The open programs concern several high-level specializations:
- Master in European Law (Bruges)
 - Master in European Economic Studies (Bruges)
 - Master in European Political and Governance Studies (Bruges)
 - Master in International Relations and European Union Diplomacy (Bruges)
 - Master in European Interdisciplinary Studies (Natolin)
 
These courses, recognized for their academic excellence, are aimed at students wishing to deepen their knowledge of the institutions, policies and external relations of the European Union.
Scholarships covering all costs
The scholarships offered cover all academic fees, as well as accommodation, meals and travel expenses. The system aims to encourage the mobility and training of young talents from European Union partner countries, in order to strengthen academic and institutional cooperation.
Terms and application deadline
Interested candidates should submit their application online on the official website of the College of Europe (https://www.coleurope.eu/admission) before the deadline of January 14, 2026.
Eligible applications will be evaluated by the College’s study departments, which will carry out a pre-selection.
Candidates selected at this stage will then be invited to an online selection interview, conducted by a joint committee composed of representatives of the Tunisian Ministry of Higher Education and the College of Europe.
Final results will be communicated by email to admitted candidates.
