Lawyer Sami Ben Ghazi announced yesterday, via a Facebook publication, that former magistrate Ahmed Souab will once again appear on April 28 before the investigating judge of the anti -terrorist judicial center.
According to Me Ben Ghazi, his client keeps a good morale and his situation in detention is stable. He praised the mobilization of lawyers who came to defend, renting their commitment, their professionalism and their solidarity.
In a message transmitted by his lawyer, Ahmed Souab also expressed his gratitude to all the people who showed him their support.
Order Monday, April 21 and then placed in police custody, Ahmed Souab was the subject of a warrant of deposit issued on April 23 by the investigating judge with the judicial center to combat terrorism after his appearance within the said judicial center within the framework of an investigation open to him, in connection with his critical public declarations with regard to the criminal chamber specializing in terrorism affairs.
