Abdelkader Dhibi case: The order of lawyers seizes French justice

Bâtonnier Hatem Meziou, announced this Monday, September 8, that The National Order of Lawyers officially decided, after having received an official mandate from the family of the deceased Abdelkader Dhibi, killed by the French police in Marseille, of seize justice and follow the course of the investigation carried out by the French authorities.

However, he added that Any legal action carried out by a lawyer in a just cause is welcomeprovided to respect the law, the ethics of the profession and to obtain an official mandate from the family of the deceasedeven within the framework of a voluntary approach.
