The Ukrainian Minister of Foreign Affairs, Andriy Sybiha, had a meeting with his Tunisian counterpart, Mohamed Ali Nafti, announces the Ukraine Embassy in Tunisia on his Facebook page. This interview was held upstream of the participation of the Tunisian diplomacy chief in the fourth edition of the Antalya diplomatic forum, scheduled for April 11 to 13, 2025.
“I expressed my gratitude to Tunisia for its support for the sovereignty and territorial integrity of Ukraine, especially during the last vote in the United Nations General Assembly. The Ukrainian minister also informed his interlocutor of the efforts made by kyiv to promote a sustainable peace process, as well as the role of Ukraine in strengthening food security in the Middle East and Africa, he added, according to the Ukraine Embassy in Tunisia.
The discussions have also focused on the development of bilateral relations and the expansion of cooperation between the two countries in various fields, including education and agriculture, he said, according to the same source.
