Since the mid-afternoon this Monday, December 20, 2021 in Paris, a man still retains two women hostage in the 12th arrondissement.

The man in his fifties would suffer from psychiatric disorders. He asked to speak with the Minister of Justice, Eric Dupond-Moretti and the lawyer for Omar Raddad. To explain his gesture, the man told the police negotiators, having been poisoned by his doctor, still according to French media.

Negotiations are still underway between the madman and the research and intervention brigade (BRI), which quickly arrived on rue d’Aligre, where hostage taking.
