The number of contaminated by the new coronavirus around the world has crossed the 2 million people on Wednesday, April 15.
A total of 2,016,000 people were infected with the coronavirus, until the writing of these lines according to the sites specializing in statistics relating to the virus around the world.
Also according to this data, 126,754 people died after contracting the virus and 484,597 patients recovered from the infection.
The United States is the country most affected by the virus with 614,246 sick people (26,064 dead), followed by Spain with 174,060 cases of infection (18.579 dead) and Italy, third, with 162,488 contaminations (21,067 dead). Europe alone has more than a million contaminates.
The Ministry of Health announced in a statement made public yesterday Tuesday, April 14, 2020 that it has recorded 21 new cases of contamination by the coronavirus relating the total number to 747 confirmed cases in Tunisia.
The ministry also announces that the results of the deaths caused by this virus is 34 dead. Note that in total, the ministry has carried out since the start of the health crisis at 12,415 screening tests.
