According to the Algerian media, the Algerian president Abdelmadjid Tebboune bowed to each coffin, an imam delivered a prayer before a speech by the chief of staff, Saïd Chengriha.
The remains must be buried on Sunday, the anniversary of independence, in the square of martyrs in the cemetery of El Alia in Algiers.
During a visit to Algiers in December 2017, the French president Emmanuel Macron was committed, let us recall, to return the Algerian human remains stored at the Museum of Man, one of the sites of the National Museum of Natural History.
