In an open letter, many British artists and actors, including Tilda Swinton, Steve Coogan, Maxine Peake, Charles Dance, Miriam Margolyes, and other directors Mike Lee and Michael Winterbootm, called for the immediate stop of the Gaza blockade by the Zionist entity and the criminal bombings on civilians.
We can also read in this letter: “We note a crime and a humanitarian disaster …” Israel “has transformed a large part of Gaza into ruins and cut on 2.3 million Palestinians water, electricity, food and drugs …”
The signatories also accused their British government of “helping and encouraging Israel of committing this genocide in Gaza, which is a war crime …”
