Algeria, a country neighboring Tunisia is experiencing a second fairly strong wave of contaminations in the coronavirus. These are constantly increasing and recorded a new record this Sunday, July 19, 2020.
Algeria reported, yesterday of 10 new deaths and 535 new cases of coronavirus recorded in the last 24 hours bearing the total number of infections at COVID-19 to 23,084, 1078 deaths and 67 patients in resuscitation.
This is the highest assessment of COVVI-19 infections in Algeria since the first confirmed case recorded on February 17. But Algeria thus records its highest increase in one day while the previous peak dated July 12 (483 cases).
