The coronavirus pandemic caused 275,000 dead worldwide, including more than 77,000 in the United States which remains at the top of the most affected countries on the planet.
Around the world, we have also exceeded the mark of 4 million confirmed cases of coronavirus, of which nearly 1.3 million are in the United States.
Italy, which has long dominated the contamination and death curve was supplanted by the United Kingdom. With 31,241 dead for 211,364 cases, the United Kingdom relegates Italy in third position (30,201 dead 217,185 cases).
Note that the number of healings reached 1.4 million people worldwide on May 9, 2020.
