The armed branch of Hamas, the Ezzeddine al-Qassam brigades, announced that it has launched a “vast” attack “missiles”, this Sunday, May 26, 2024, on Tel Aviv.
The armed branch of Hamas said it had targeted Tel Aviv with an “important rocket dam” in a published message, today on the Telegram social network.
“We have bombed Tel Aviv with an important rocket dam in response to Zionist massacres against civilians,” wrote Ezzeddine al-Qassam brigades in a message posted while alert sirens have reached Tel Aviv.
The al-Aqsa TV television said that the rockets had been drawn from the Gaza Strip.
The Israeli army said, for its part that at least eight rockets had been drawn towards the center of the country from Rafah, in the far south of the Gaza Strip, where fierce fights take place with the Palestinian armed groups.

Captured Israeli soldiers
A spokesman for the Hamas armed branch also said on Sunday that his fighters had captured Israeli soldiers during fights the day before in the north of the Gaza Strip.
