French President Emmanuel Macron expressed his wish to end the deliveries of arms intended for Israel, used in the current conflict in Gaza.
During an interview broadcast on Saturday October 5 on France Inter, he called to favor a political approach to resolve the crisis.
According to him, it is crucial to stop weapons shipments to feed the fights. “France does not deliver it,” he said, while emphasizing the importance of a diplomatic solution. This interview was recorded on October 1.
Emmanuel Macron also regretted that the diplomatic initiatives carried out to obtain a cease-fire in Gaza have not yet paid off.
