Luiz Inacio Lula Da Silva, better known as Lula, won the presidential election in Brazil yesterday.
Luiz Inacio Lula da Silva obtained 50.9 % of the vote, against 49.1 % for the outgoing president, Jair Bolsonaro.
The old 77 -year -old metalo (workers’ party) will therefore return to the top of the state on January 1.
Lula’s victory was praised by fireworks and cries of joy in big cities like Rio de Janeiro and Sao Paulo, where hundreds of thousands of people were celebrating on the street.
