The American billionaire Elon Musk finally decided to put an end to his project to take over the Twitter platform, started several months ago.
Musk’s lawyers assure that the social network has not complied with the commitments made in the agreement, “by not giving all the information requested on the number of false accounts and spam”.
“Twitter did not comply with multiple clauses of the agreement and seems to have given false and misleading information on which Mr. Musk was based in the acquisition agreement,” said an official statement.
