Journalist and political scientist Daria Douguine, daughter of an ideologist close to Vladimir Putin, Alexandre Douguine, was killed yesterday on Saturday, in the suburbs of Moscow in the explosion of her vehicle, when she came back from a festival, reports the official Russian news agency Tass this Sunday.
“According to investigators, on August 20 around 9:00 pm (local time) in the Odddintsovo district near the village of Bolshiye Vyazemy, an explosive device, probably installed on a Toyota Land Cruiser, exploded on the public highway and the car caught fire. The driver died on site. We have established the identity of the deceased: it is the journalist and political scientist Daria Douguine, “said the press service of the main Russian investigation department in the Moscow region on Telegram.
According to the first elements communicated by the agency TASS, Alexandre Douguine was to be in the vehicle, which belonged to him, with his daughter, but changed his mind at the last moment.
