Joe Biden is about to become the next President of the United States. But mathematically, he will have to wait for the final results, which are still not known in several key states, to announce his victory. This could take place this Saturday, November 7 or even tomorrow.
Anyway, since Tuesday, November 3, all the Americans have been looking forward to the verdict of the winner of the American presidential election.
This election, the outcome of which is expected suggests the victory of Joe Biden if the last trends are confirmed. Indeed, the Democratic candidate managed, yesterday, to go to the lead in Georgia and Pennsylvania, two states which must not escape Donald Trump if he wants to hope to re -stack for four additional years in the White House.
This Saturday, November 7, at 10:30 am, 22 states were allocated to the Democratic candidate, Joe Biden against 23 to the American president at this stage. Joe Biden nevertheless won the popular vote with 74,391,033 votes, or 50.5% of the votes cast against 70,206.299 for Donald Trump, or 47.7% of the votes cast.
But to be elected, this data does not matter. One of the candidates must necessarily reach the key figure of the 270 large voters. And at present, Joe Biden still displays 253 large voters while Donald Trump has 213, according to the CNN count.
In Pennsylvania, everything changed yesterday in favor of Joe Biden thanks to the voting by correspondence. After the counting of 96% of the bulletins, the Democratic candidate displays nearly 29,000 votes in advance on Donald Trump in this state which has 20 large voters. If Biden wins the Pennsylvania he won the election.
In Georgia, Joe Biden also overthrew. First distant, he managed to go to the lead with 7,248 votes in advance on Donald Trump. A very thin margin in this state which has 16 large voters and where 99% of the bulletins have been stripped and which has already announced a recount of votes to decide between the two candidates.
In Arizona, it is the vagueness and the gap between Trump and Biden remains very tight with less than 30,000 votes that separate them. If the American agency Associated Press and Fox News announced the victory of Joe Biden, this is not the case with CNN.
Nevada, which has six major voters, seems to give Joe Biden Favorite with 49.8% of the vote against 48% for Donald Trump. The Democratic candidate leads by around 22,000 votes, but this gap is widening.
In North Carolina (15 large voters), Trump remains favorite. It is credited with 50% of votes against 48.6% in favor of Joe Biden and has a margin of 76,000 votes in advance.
In Alaska, Donald Trump is also about winning the three large voters. After the counting of only 47% of bulletins, the American president was 62.9% of the vote against 33% for Joe Biden.
