Algeria, a country neighboring Tunisia is experiencing a second fairly strong wave of contaminations in the coronavirus. These are constantly increasing and recorded a new record this Sunday, July 12, 2020.
Algeria reported, yesterday of 7 new deaths and 483 new cases of coronavirus recorded during the last 24 hours bearing the total number of infections at COVID-19 to 19,195, 1011 deaths and 13,743 patients under treatment.
This is the highest assessment of COVVI-19 infections in Algeria since the first confirmed case recorded on February 17. But Algeria thus records its highest increase in one day while the previous peak dated June 26 (240 cases).
