After five years of silence, Khamenei predicts the end of Israel

In a discussion and resistance speech, Ayatollah Ali Khamenei, a supreme guide of Iran, spoke for the first time in five years during a public sermon, announcing the near end to the Israeli colonial entity.

Faced with a crowd of thousands of faithful gathered in a Tehran mosque, he justified the recent strikes against Israeli infrastructure as a duty to the oppressed peoples of the region.

With a weapon by his side, the Iranian leader displayed a posture of resistance by declaring that Israel, this imposed colonial state, could never overcome the legitimate resistance of Hamas and Hezbollah. Meanwhile, the crowd chanted slogans of solidarity. This discourse comes in a context of increased tensions, while Israel threatens Iran with reprisals after the recent attacks.

During his intervention, Khamenei paid tribute to Hassan Nasrallah, former head of Hezbollah, fell under the Israeli bombs in Beirut. He glorified Hezbollah as a “robust tree” which, despite the attempted eradication, continues to prosper under the standard of the resistance.

He also defended Hamas’ actions during the attack on October 7, qualifying it as an answer just to Israeli occupation and oppression, while condemning Israel as a colonial relay in the United States seeking to dominate the region and its resources. Khamenei prophesied the inevitable fall of Israel, which he described as an artificial and unstable entity doomed to disappear.

This historical discourse occurs while Iran recently retaliated by the launch of 200 missiles against Israeli strategic targets, marking a new escalation in the fight against colonialism in the region.
