NASA published, this Wednesday, February 24, 2021, a spectacular panoramic photo of Mars taken by Perseverance, which landed last week on the planet Mars.
This photo was reconstituted from 142 shots, 360 degrees with high definition devices, taken by the rover.
NASA aims to find traces of ancient life on the March, by collecting for at least two years up to thirty rock samples.
Perseverance cameras will help scientists determine the geological history and atmospheric conditions of the crater, and identify the rocks and sediments that will be taken before being transported to Earth during a future mission, scheduled for the 2030s.
