Following the arrest last Monday, of an Islamic jihad official in the West Bank, Bassam Saâdi, it was a leader of the armed group, Commander Tayseer Al-Jabari who was targeted last Friday by a strike led by the Zionist army, using a high power and high precision missile, against a building in which he was, provoking his death, found it too.
And the next day, the day before yesterday on Saturday August 6, 2022, it was Khaled Mansour, another head of the Islamic jihad who was killed during a strike on Rafah (south of Gaza), killing eight dead.
Targeted assassinations which led to an escalation between the different factions of the Palestinian resistance and the Zionist occupier.
In these three days of this savage assault, 44 Palestinians, including 15 children, died in the Gaza Strip and 360 others injured.
The Palestinian resistance, with all its factions, reacting to these murders, drew half a million rockets and missiles against the Jewish colonies in occupied Palestine.
Egyptian mediation between the two belligerents led to a Truce, although precarious, officially entered into force yesterday Sunday, August 7, 2022, at 11:30 p.m. locals (8:30 p.m. GMT) and which seemed to hold up to four hours later, no part of major violation of the agreement.
But this Truce only lasted a few moments. The Zionist army led strikes on one of the positions of Islamic jihad yesterday, in response to rockets from Gaza, only a few minutes after the entry into force of the ceasefire at 11:30 p.m.
