The singer, Hassen Doss, is a 27 -year -old Tunisian tenor. Spotted at 19 by Henry Runey, a famous American bass, who gives her her first singing lessons, Hassen Doss is studying lyric song at the Higher Institute of Music in Tunisia. In October 2011, he won the “Young Hope” Prize for the International Lyric Singing Competition in Vivonne in France. Hassen Doss participates in several local and international productions including the Traviata de Verdi in which he interprets Alfredo and the wedding of Figaro in the role of Don Basilio.
In 2013, he was selected to interpret the Duke of Mandoue in Rigoletto de Verdi in Montmorillon in France.
