Tunisian films in official competitions

The management of Carthage cinematographic days (JCC) announces that the Tunisian films selected by the independent commissions to participate in the official competitions of the 28th edition of the festival are as follows:
Fiction feature-feature competition section
– Beauty and pack by Kaouther Ben Henia
– Mustapha Z from Nidhal Chatta
– Northern from Walid Mattar


Documentary feature-feature competition section
– Shadow from Nada Mezni Hefaiedh
– Couscous: the seeds of dignity from Habib ayeb
– GAFSA Year Zero From Néjia Ben Mabrouk


Fiction short films competition
– Aya by Moufida Fedhila
– APNEA of Insaf Arafa
– Wind secrets from Imen Nasri


Documentary short films competition section
– Closet of Manel Gatri


This choice results from a company selection by independent commissions, from 58 fiction and documentaries, long and short, presented at the festival and having fulfilled the legal and technical conditions of eligibility, according to a press release from the Directorate of the JCC.

The next edition of the JCC will take place from November 4 to 11, 2017.
