Closed for several years, only opening occasionally, the Africa cinema is reopening its doors under the new name Center Africa des Arts and will now be directed by Ikram Azouz.
This room, which is part of the Africa Hotel building, has long been one of the capital’s great cinemas. Taken over by Habib Belhédi, it continued to host screenings, especially during the Carthage Cinematographic Days.
Africa thus regains its place in the network of theaters in Greater Tunis and is now open to all arts, mainly music and theater. And of course cinema!
