The story of Meriem becomes, thanks to this feature film, a pretext to show and denounce certain aspects of our Tunisian reality, in particular the reality of our hospitals and the reality of our police which, supposed to protect us, can when it is questioned, flout our rights and try to crush …
But this film goes beyond Tunisian borders and is intended to be more universalistic.
