Salafists prevail once again

This time, their target is the municipality of the Marsa before which they gathered to “free” the mayor.

They had distributed leaflets beforehand, calling for a rally in front of the municipality. According to them, the Marsa commune is home to a club for homosexuals, and the mayor would know.

Also according to them, posters contrary to morality were stuck in the city during the celebrations of the centenary of the municipality.

The artists would also target themselves while they are preparing to celebrate the spring of the arts, an artistic and cultural event planned for next week and organized in collaboration with the municipality. Eye witnesses report that artists are at this moment before the municipality to defend it against a possible Salafist attack.

On social networks, Marsois have reported that the number of Salafists would not exceed the forties, that they are not violent for the moment and that the Espace d’Art Mille Feuilles bookstore in Marsa would have been attacked too. Contacted on this subject, Lotfi El Hafi, responsible for the bookstore, denies this information, but does not hide his concern, especially since the threats he had received in the past!
