Rapper Ahmed Ben Ahmed alias Kaly Bbj was sentenced this morning by the Hammamet court to a sentence of 6 months in prison with immediate execution. According to AFP, this sentence was pronounced after a flash trial and after less than an hour and a half of hearing.
Already convicted in absentia, on August 30, to 21 months in prison with immediate execution following a complaint filed against him (and Weld El 15) by agents of the Hammamet district, he was held today and charged with public officials during the exercise of their functions on the sidelines of a concert on August 22, on the scene of the International Hammamet Festival; damage to morality and defamation.
At the end of his conviction, Klay BBJ was transferred to the civil prison of Mornag and his lawyer Ghazi Mrabet to in appeal judgment.
