Netflix recently created the effervescence by revealing the first long-awaited trailer for season 2 of “Ola seeks its way/Finding Ola”.

The first season of Ola is looking for her waycarried by Hend Sabry In the main role and as a co -producer, had already been very successful when it was released in 2022. The series had been able to charm the viewers thanks to its clever mixture of lightness and humor, while exploring crucial themes.

In this first season, we find 13 years later, Ola Abd Elsabour, formerly seen in the soap opera I want to get married (2010). Married to Hisham with two children and a magnificent house, his life rocks when Hisham expresses the desire to divorce.

The series Ola is looking for her way Deeply explores Ola’s journey to find its way, highlighting poignant themes such as female emancipation, family dynamics, and the challenges inherent in the rediscovery of its post-divorce identity.

By describing this personal journey, the series addresses crucial subjects with perspicacity, in particular the disparity between men and women in Arab societies, where men often benefit from indulgence while women face severe judgments. It also explores the importance of female autonomy, the complex relationships between parents and children, the problems related to the advanced age …

Despite certain regional specificities, the series transcends cultural borders. The universal themes that she explores would have their place in an American, European series, or another origin. Indeed, the series offers a striking perspective by showing that Arab women share the same aspirations, concerns, dreams, and lifestyle as their counterparts around the world. It is also a unique opportunity to deconstruct media stereotypes which tend to present Arab women in a simplistic way, often under stereotypical light of submission and confinement.

Leaving the spectators impatient to discover the rest, season 1 ended with an unanswered question: “Ola, where do you see yourself in 5 years?” ». A question that could find an answer in season 2.

Broadcast in 190 countries, doubled in 4 languages and subtitled in 32 languages in 2022, the first season had conquered an international audience. Stars of Egyptian cinema such as Youssra, Shereen Reda, Khaled Elnabawy, Fathy Abdel Wahab, and the dancer Dina had made remarkable appearances there.

In this season 2, the director Hadi Al Bagouri promises a new self -discovery trip for Ola, faced with crucial professional issues and coincidences that could upset his life.

This second season welcomes, to the delight of all its admirers, Tunisian actor Dhafer the Abidinejoining the cast alongside Hend Sabry.

Hend Sabry and Dhafer Abidine have a common story on the screen dating back to the Dramatic Ramadan series in 2012, Vertigo, Directed by Othman Abu Labin. Their collaboration was renewed in 2014 when Dhafer the Abidine appeared as a guest of honor in the series Embratoreyet meenwhere Hend Sabry played the main role of Amira. However, their most striking association took place in 2017 with the soap opera Halawt he donia. In this series, Hend Sabry and Dhafer Abidine trained a couple confronted with cancer disease, offering remarkable performance that affected the public.

This story common to the screen strengthens alchemy between the two actors, creating a special dynamic which promises to bring an additional depth to the second season of Ola is looking for her way.
