The incident, which occurred while the show was coming to an end, caused a strong emotion among the artists and the public. According to the first observations, it was the sudden violence of the wind that led to the fall in equipment.
In a statement published Sunday, July 27, the festival organizing committee wanted to reassure the spectators and the families of the artists: the two injured musicians were immediately transferred to the Fattouma Bourguiba de Monastir university hospital. Placed under medical supervision, they were able to regain their home a few hours later, without sequelae.

The festival management insists that the accident is not due to a lack of installation or technical negligence, but rather with unpredictable climatic conditions.
