The National Establishment for the Promotion of Festivals and Cultural and Artistic events, under the Ministry of Cultural Affairs,, it should be recalled, announced on February 10 the postponement of the filt, without providing details as to the reasons for this decision.
A sudden and late announcement which was strongly denounced by publishers, writers and readers, especially since this postponement is not a first. In recent years, the International Book Fair has generally been generally postponed due to often logistical difficulties.
