The President of the Republic, Kais Saied, proceeded in the evening of Friday, April 25, 2025 to the official reopening of the Maison de la Culture Ibn Khaldoun, located in the heart of the capital, announced a press release from the Presidency of the Republic.
This high place of Tunisian cultural life, closed for several years for reasons of advanced degradation of its infrastructure, is reborn today.
Faced with this situation, the president had personally committed to bringing to life instead. He had ordered the implementation of an in -depth restoration program, including both the rehabilitation of the infrastructure, the modernization of equipment and the preservation of the architectural identity of the building.
